I do not have a credit or debit card - are there other ways to pay?
We will always recommend payment through the website where possible, this is a safe and secure process and we are always happy to advise on any concerns you may have. Cheques ARE accepted but, as we receive so few of these, they will inevitably fall outside the automated process and delays will occur. As soon as the cheque has been received and payment has cleared, the orders will be processed.
To pay by cheque please state which titles you want to order, along with your name, address and telephone number and post it to:

Cheques are to be made payable to "Network Distributing Ltd ".
Please remember to add £3.60 postage for larger orders (over ten discs as a general rule). It is recommended that you get in touch with us first at [email protected] to advise us that a cheque is being sent, so that we can advise you on postage and let you know when the cheque has arrived with us safely.
Please be aware that we strongly advise against sending postal orders. Network accepts no responsibility for postal orders that are lost in transit and any postal orders sent are done so at the customer's own risk.
All cheques must be in pounds sterling from a UK bank - we cannot accept foreign currency or non-UK bank cheques.

I've had a Worldpay email confirming payment but I've not had a confirmation email for my order.
Please note, when ordering titles from our website, that the software navigates the purchaser from our website to Worldpay (to take payment) and then back again to the Network website to finalise the order.
If you interrupt this redirection back from Worldpay or your browser security settings are configured to automatically stop this from happening then your payment will be taken but your order will not be finalised. When you complete a purchase from the Network website you will have confirmation emails from both Worldpay (for payment) and from us (confirming your order details). If you do not have the latter then your purchase has not completed correctly.
If this is the case then please contact us (via the Contact Page), stating your name, address, order details and Worldpay ID (it's in the Worldpay email you will receive) and we will complete the transaction for you and ensure that you receive your order.
